The title is kept in the owner's possession at all times until the vehicle is sold.
We accept cash, wire transfer, or cashier's check. All payments must be verified by a licensed financial institution before funds are accepted for your vehicle.
Although it is not typical, if your vehicle does not sell within 95 days, you have a few choices:
- We will have a guaranteed cash price for you at the end of 95 days from one of our many cash buyers.
- You may continue to keep selling your vehicle with iAutoAgent until it sells.
iAutoAgent purchases the car from you upon the completion of the transaction.
To ensure minimal expenses on our end, offer you an excellent price for your vehicle, and provide the next buyer with a below-market rate, you have the option of either retaining your car at your residence and using it while we handle its marketing or allowing us to store it at our facility.
Yes. In order for someone to take a test drive, they must provide a copy of full-coverage insurance, a valid driver's license, and sign an Assumption of Liability form agreeing to take full responsibility for any damage they may cause when test driving your vehicle.
At iAutoAgent, we rely on advanced software that gives us access to up-to-date and historical market data, rather than only conventional sources like KBB, NADA, or Edmunds, to determine the value of your car accurately.
Yes. iAutoAgent takes care of paying off your loan and will handle the entire transaction.
Before iAutoAgent finalizes the transaction with the new owner, we do need the seller to provide proof of funds. If the amount owed on the car is higher than its value, you will be responsible for settling the remaining balance at the conclusion of the transaction.
On a vehicle that does not have a lien, the owner will receive proceeds via electronic check within one business day after all funds have cleared iAutoAgent's account.
On a vehicle that has a lien, iAutoAgent will furnish you a check after the transaction is completed, all loans are paid, and lien releases are provided to the buyer.

NONE. We do not have extra hidden fees, processing fees, documentation fees, administration fees, vehicle prep fees, or paperwork fees.
We accept cash, wire transfer, or cashier's check. All payments will be verified by a licensed financial institution before iAutoAgent accepts any funds for a vehicle.

Taxes are not included in any iAutoAgent pricing, and in the state of Missouri, taxes are to be paid by you within 30 days to the Department of Revenue.
